Meet Our Receptionists

Soma is very lucky to have three fantastic receptionists. From the minute they welcome you in, through making appointments, preparing gift vouchers and answering al your questions, they work hard to ensure your time with us is relaxed and enoyable. Swipe through to meet the team.

Dianne

Dianne is not only the Manager, she is the heart of Soma. She has been a part of the team, from the beginning. Most of you will meet or speak to Dianne at some point and if you already have, you know she is the best! From finding a solution to any problem or finding an impossible appointment, Dianne can make anything happen.

Gabrielle

All the Soma receptionists, we met because they were our clients first. Gae started at Soma the day we opened and continues to make each day an adventure. From her fabulous style to her crazy sense of humour, she is an absolute delight.

Wendy

Like Gae and Dianne, Wendy has been a client for a very long time. 8 years ago, we finally convinced her to join our team. You can always find Wendy with a smile on her face. She loves the products we use and is always happy to chat and offer suggestions if you need any help.

Appointments and Cancelations

When you book at Soma, we will automatically send you a text or email reminder the day before your appointment. In return, we ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel for any reason. This allows us time to book a client that is on our wait list and also does not leave a gap in the stylist’s or therapist’s day. We do charge a missed appointment fee, of 50% if you do not show or contact us to discuss a time to reschedule.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers can be prepared for any service, treatment, product or dollar amount.  Our beautiful, personlised vouchers can be purchased via email, phone or by visiting us in reception. You can also purchase one of our e-vouchers if time is of the essence. These vouchers are for a dollar amount only and can be emailed direct to the recipient after purchase.  You will find this online option in the menu bar.

Our Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase however, we accept most expired vouchers with an administration fee.
